Our solution for temperature measurement in diesel drives

A screw-in RTD temperature probe from JUMO is used in the engine of diesel trains. It stands out due to its robustness in demanding installation applications. The device provides accurate temperature values for the engine and lubricating oil as well as the charge air to the engine control. Data is also transmitted from the main cooling circuit to the controller for engine cooling management. As a result, optimum engine power is ensured.
