Temperature measurement

Temperature measurement is the decisive criteria for heat and cold meters which are used for the acquisition of energy costs at the house connection. The RTD temperature probes are paired through a special processto detect the slightest temperature differences. At the same time they meet the normative requirements from the European Measuring Instruments Directive or national regulations.

Heat and cold meters with high-quality probe pairs

At JUMO, RTD temperature probes undergo a special process for heat and cold meters. Only when the probe pairs of the JUMO HEATtemp series are perfectly coordinated to each other, they can measure slight temperature differences. After all, this measurement forms the basis for calculating energy costs and must therefore meet strict requirements.
