The award was presented in the category "Best Brand Engagement Event" of the year. This category recognizes events that drive customer engagement with a brand, build great customer relationships, and have a strong post-event impact.
The centerpiece of the Xperience Days was a professional livestream with 15 presentations and an interview on JUMO highlights, application examples, and current topics. For this, JUMO worked with the film production company mecom, from whose film studio the livestreams were broadcast.
In addition, guests at the Xperience Days were able to experience current product innovations and industry solutions live at 12 virtual trade show booths, where they could talk directly with JUMO specialists via chat or video function.
In addition, visitors could also exchange ideas with other participants via chat or at a networking bar. For this purpose, the innovative platform "Wonder" of a Berlin startup company was used, where you can move freely in a virtual space and easily get into conversation with other people.
"In the run-up to the event, we identified three factors in particular that we believe are crucial to the success of a virtual event: a high-quality livestream, a 'live feeling' through high interactivity and intuitive networking opportunities - and, of course, a good platform. We have consistently implemented these success factors," explains Sabine Häcker, who, as head of JUMO's trade fair, training and event management, designed and implemented the event with her team.
"The innovative event concept of the JUMO Xperience Days bundles information, communication, and networking on a technically and visually high-quality platform. This convinced not only our visitors, but also the jury of the Stevie Awards," emphasizes JUMO marketing manager Michael Diegelmann. The response to the first JUMO Xperience Days was so positive that further industry events in the same format are planned for this year.
